Lifestyle newborn sessions are done in your home. They showcase the baby and family acting naturally around the home. The session will focus on the on the connection between the family and their new addition, as opposed to posed newborn photos. Lifestyle sessions are taken using natural light, so we will use places in your home that are not only meaningful, but offer us the best light.

FAQ's
How do I book the session if I don’t know the exact day baby will be born? We will book the session with your due date as the session date. Once you have your baby, you will reach out to me and we will schedule the actual session date. A lifestyle newborn session allows more flexibility with timing.

That’s great it’s in my home, but what if my home is messy or not fully decorated? It totally doesn’t matter. We will make the space work! Many of the photos are taken in the nursery, on the master bed, and/or in the main living area. We can clear the space and make it work! The focus is on the connection between you and your new little one, not the area around you!

What should I wear for the family photos? It is best to dress in a neutral palette. Think creams and grays! That way, the clothing won’t take any attention away from the sweet moments photographed between you and your new baby.
