Studio photography takes place in the downtown Elgin studio. Lifestyle sessions take place in your home.

Studio photo sessions include posed photos of the baby and family. Lifestyle sessions are unposed and the photos are taken naturally.

When should we book our newborn session?
The earlier the better! I recommend having your newborn session booked between 20 and 30 weeks. This guarantees you a session time spot, and takes the last minute stress off you!​

What type of outfits photograph best in the studio?
Whites and neutral photograph best in the studio! I am available every step of the way with outfit planning, and I have a client closet available to borrow from! All newborn clothing is supplied.

How do we pick a session date when we don't know when baby will be born?
We will book your session according to your due date. This puts you on my calendar and guarantees you a spot when baby is here. Once your little one is born, reach out to me and we will schedule the actual session date and time! Newborn sessions are ideally scheduled between 7-14 days from birth.
