Elgin, IL Family Photographer | Downtown Elgin
I drive past the location we held the photo session at, and I always think "wow that would be a great place for family photos." So when Christine contacted me to take their family photos in downtown Elgin, I was super excited!
When we arrived at the location, Christine and Joe had shared with me that this was the location of their wedding photos a few years back. What a special idea to take family photos in the same spot. We made sure to grab photos on the bridge where they had posed on their wedding day, as well as a bench. What a cool opportunity to show how much their family has changed over the years.
I couldn't have asked for a more sweet family to photograph. Their littlest one had just celebrated a first birthday. She had the most adorable sunflower crown and "one year old" rabbit. She was such a trooper through the whole session. Their other little one was the perfect model. He gave me the best smiles the entire shoot and never had a single complaint! I think some chocolate ice cream was in his future...
