With Mother's Day right around the corner, I knew that Mommy & Me sessions were something that I wanted to offer. As a mom, I don't get in front of the camera nearly enough. I spend so much time photographing the people around me, that I forget to get in the frame. I think that's the case for most moms!
I planned a gorgeous session at the Jelke Bird Sanctuary with the J family to capture some promotional photos for my upcoming Mommy & Me minis.
Melissa is an amazing mom, and you can see that throughout the session. It was a chilly day, and the girls were in short sleeves, but you would never know! The girls cuddled into their mom for all of the photos, and were the sweetest! That's what Mommy & Me sessions are about. The little moments between a mom and her children. Thank you for being a part of these sessions!
Jelke Bird Sanctuary proved to be the perfect spot for the session, and I can't wait to go back to photograph more. There are endless miles of tall grass, and a beautiful pond. We threw a gorgeous boho blanket down, and were ready to go!
